$2 Billion for SUNN Classic Pictures

PALM SPRINGS, Calif., Dr. Lang Elliott is an American business executive, entrepreneur, motion picture and television veteran, and an established producer, director and writer. He is the President & CEO of his own company, CLASSIC FAMILY MEDIA CORPORATION, LLC (an American-based Venture Capital and Real Estate Investment Company), and controls three other regional investment firms.

Dr. Elliott is also the President, CEO and major shareholder of SUNN CLASSIC PICTURES, INC., which develops, produces and distributes motion pictures and television product. For the past 35 years, Elliott has enjoyed a great deal of success in the entertainment industry securing independent financing for motion pictures and other non-entertainment related real estate, technology and energy ventures.

Elliott enjoys all creative aspects related to the entertainment industry but realized early on in his career that producers were always subject to the demands and controls of the major studios when seeking financing. Being the Maverick that he is, Elliott achieved a Ph.D. in Finance and sought ‘independent’ financing through broker/dealers, banks and pension funds. Concurrently, Elliott started making speculative investment of his own and over the last 30 years has generated substantial returns through his subsidiary companies. Elliott has now agreed to invest $2 Billion into SUNN CLASSIC PICTURES over the next twelve months. Said funds will be paid in four increments of $500 million each with the first advance being paid on or before June 15, 2007.

Funding will be used to finance SUNN’s upcoming motion picture production and distribution schedule, construction of its motion picture theme park, hotels and retail shopping center. SUNN is also considering the acquisition of cable companies and creating its own specific product for both cable and Internet broadcasting. The first two motion pictures to go into production are: "PINOCCHIO IN THE HOOD" and "DORF: USMC," starring Tim Conway as Dorf.

Throughout Elliott’s career, he has founded many successful private and public companies. In 2004, Elliott had an opportunity to purchase and renovate SUNN CLASSIC PICTURES, INC., the family entertainment company that established itself in the 70’s and 80’s with such feature film box-office hits as "THE ADVENTURES OF GRIZZLY ADAMS" (including sequels) and the television series of the same title. "GRIZZLY ADAMS" aired on the NBC Network for three years and continues to be a franchise asset for the new SUNN Company. All film and television product that was produced by the old SUNN CLASSIC PICTURES is now being distributed worldwide by Paramount Pictures. Current information pertaining to SUNN can be obtained by visiting their web site at: www.SunnClassicPicturesInc.com

Following the acquisition of SUNN CLASSIC PICTURES, INC., Elliott assembled a highly qualified team of officers, directors and consultants that have been business associates and personal friends for the past 25-years. This includes Elliott’s producing and writing partner Dr. Hugh Kelley (Senior Executive Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer); Raylan Jensen (President, Worldwide Distribution), who was one of the original founders of SUNN CLASSIC PICTURES, INC. in the 70’s; Musical Composer Michael Wetherwax (Vice President in charge of the technology and music divisions); and actor Reb Brown (Vice President of Distribution).

Additionally, other board members include: Financial Consultant and Registered Investment Advisors John D. Warren, CFA and Glen A. Fradenburg; Psychologist, Dr. Marilyn Kennedy, who wrote and produced the Emmy Award winning documentary film entitled: "AWAY FROM THE HOUSE ON THE HILL"; and Corporate Consultant Jerry Virnig, former President and Chief Executive Officer of Consolidated Film Industries ("CFI") (l969- 2000). And finally, SUNN’s Corporate Consultant of Literary Content, actor- comedian-writer Tim Conway (winner of six Emmys, star of "DORF ON GOLF," "THE PRIVATE EYES," "THE APPLE DUMPLING GANG," and "THE CAROL BURNETT SHOW," just to name a few).

Elliott stated that as a business entrepreneur, one has to have strong beliefs about each and every investment opportunity being considered, and they must have the willingness to accept a ‘high level’ of personal, professional and financial risk! With this in mind, Dr. Elliott will be attending The Cannes Film Festival for two days only in order to meet with potential foreign partners. Because his trip will be short, his hotel and suite will remain confidential so that he may utilize his available time for those who had expressed a serious interest in working with SUNN CLASSIC PICTURES.
