    The Walt Disney Co. has ended talks with Bob and Harvey Weinstein that could have led to their buying back Miramax Films, the Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday. The paper cited sources as saying the $625 million deal, backed by Ron Burkle, turned out to be too complex.
