    Belgian film Hasta La Vista took top honours at the Montreal World Film Festival as the 35th version of the international film festival closed Sunday. The film directed by Geoffrey Enthoven won the coveted Grand prix des Americas.

    Global Television, Entertainment One (eOne), Sony Pictures Television Networks and NBC have announced the highly anticipated drama series The Firm began production last week in Toronto. The one-hour series will be simulcast on both Global and NBC in 2012 (premiere date TBC).
