  • BC film industry gets $275,000 boost

    BC’s film industry is getting a boost from the provincial government. Cultural Development Minister Ida Chong admits $275,000 isn’t a lot of money but says it should help keep the film industry going. “The money is going to 12 film commissions throughout the province and this is provide them with some additional dollars to help them do their work,” Chong said.
