Canadian producer/distributor Entertainment One on Monday unveiled its top Canadian management team after its acquisition of Alliance Films, from affiliates of Goldman Sachs Capital Partners and Investissement Québec for approximately $228 million (CAD$225 million).

The Twilight saga distributor tapped Noah Segal, executive vp of the former Alliance Films, to oversee its combined entity Entertainment One Films Canada alongside Bryan Gliserman as co-presidents.

David Reckziegel will continue to oversee North American film operations as president of Entertainment One Films North America.
Gliserman, who joined Entertainment One in 2008, will work with Segal to manage the combined Canadian film distribution operations.

Elsewhere Patrick Roy, president and CEO of the former Alliance Vivafilm, the Quebec film business for Alliance Films, will now manage operations in Quebec as president of Les Films Seville.

Roy will also serve as co-president of Les Films Christal, alongside Christian Larouche.

Patrice Theroux, who leads the company’s global film business, announced the latest management decisions.

Former Alliance CEO Victor Loewy and former Alliance president Charles Layton earlier left the company after completion of the takeover.
Gliserman, Segal and Roy will report to Reckziegel.

After acquiring Alliance Films and its Momentum Pictures arm, Entertainment One earlier unveiled the management structure for its combined U.K. operations.
