William F. White Int’l Inc. continues expansion of services with purchase of Location Equipment Supply Inc.
Thursday September 05th 2013Paul Bronfman, Chairman/CEO of Comweb Corp. and leading equipment provider, William F. White International Inc. (Whites), has announced that the company has signed a letter of intent to purchase Location Equipment Supply Inc. (LES)., creating the country’s only single-source solution for professional production equipment and locations support services. Upon the completion of standard due diligence on or before October 31, LES Inc. will become Whites Location Equipment Supply Inc. (Whites LES).
Based in Toronto, Location Equipment Supply Inc. provides a full range of high quality location support equipment and houses a wide-variety of inventory, including everything from traffic control, tents and tables, to location protection.
Paul Potvin, Founder and Principal of LES Inc. for nearly two decades, will continue in his role with the company which will remain at its existing location, conveniently located around the corner from William F. White Centre, the company’s Toronto headquarters.
“We are very excited about partnering with a highly-respected industry leader like Whites,” said Paul Potvin. ”This new relationship will provide LES with access to new markets, resources and equipment, all of which will allow us to continue to build on our reputation for great customer service.”

This development follows Comweb/WFW’s recently announced purchase of Telescopic Camera Cranes Ltd. (now Whites Telescopic), based in Vancouver and the rebranding of CinequipWhite to Whites Digital Sales & Service Inc.
