Liberal Fundraiser at William F. White

William F. White International rolled out the red carpet for the Minister of Finance, Charles Sousa along with the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport, Michael Chan at a Liberal fundraiser that attracted many of the city’s prominent industry leaders. Held at William F. White Centre, the company’s production hub was transformed into a venue which featured an assortment of classic rock music and an action-packed sizzle reel showcasing productions shot in Ontario.

Organized by David Hardy, Whites’ Vice-President, Industry and Government Relations, and spearheaded by Paul Bronfman, Comweb/Whites Chairman and CEO, the event cast a spotlight on the depth and breadth of quality services that the Ontario creative cluster has to offer. “You are giving Hollywood and New York a good run for their money,” proclaimed Minister Sousa.

Minister Sousa was joined by Minister Chan who expressed nothing but praise for the work being done to ensure Ontario maintains its status as a top destination for film, television and digital media production both in Canada and around the world. “I would really like to thank Paul,” Minister Chan said during his speech. “He is a giant champion for this sector.” The event brought together an array of sponsors including the Deluxe Entertainment Service Group and Clairmont Camera Canada.
