Whites Toronto Hosts Sixth Annual Filmmaker Open House

William F. White International Inc. (Whites), Canada’s oldest and largest provider of professional production equipment and technical expertise, is excited to once again open its doors to emerging and independent filmmakers, post-secondary students and faculty for its annual Filmmaker Open House, taking place Saturday, October 1st 2016 from 10am until 3pm at 800 Islington Ave. in Toronto.

This free all-day event is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to explore William F. White Centre, Toronto’s preeminent production support complex, which offers a full-range of production and related support services under one roof. Attendees will also get the unique chance to win prizes, operate the latest state-of-the-art equipment used in all of today’s production shoots, while speaking with professional on-site staff and visiting industry experts. 

“Whites’ Education & Training Department is proud to be hosting the Filmmaker Open House for the sixth year in a row,” states Bruce Dale, National Manager, Education & Training. “We’re dedicated to strengthening the Canadian production industry by providing fun and educational experiences that will ultimately help build a strong foundation for future success.”

Whites Toronto’s recent production credits include: “Suicide Squad,” “Room,” “Spotlight” and “Reign,” to name just a few.
