CTVglobemedia announced today that Mary Powers has stepped down from her post as Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications to launch her own strategic communications and brand marketing company, Powers Communications, with CTVglobemedia as her lead client.
In this new role, Powers will continue to focus on developing CTVglobemedia’s industry relations.
Powers has led a long and prominent career in broadcasting beginning with CHUM Limited and most recently CTVglobemedia where she oversaw the companies’ corporate profiles in the domestic and international marketplace. Recognized as one of the leading practitioners in her field, she sits on numerous industry boards including Chair of The Banff Television Festival Foundation.
