TVB announces 2009 Board of Directors

The Television Bureau of Canada (TVB) has announced its Board of Directors for 2009. Returning as Chair, is Rita Fabian, Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing, CTV Television Inc. Vice-chair is Errol Da-Re. Executive Vice President, Sales, Canwest Broadcast Sales. Treasurer is Chris McGinley Senior Vice President, Operations, Canwest Broadcasting. Secretary is Mitch Dent, Executive Vice President, Rogers Media Television Sales.

Along with TVB President, Theresa Treutler, the above form the Board’s Executive Committee.

Completing the Board of Directors are:

  Michel Gagnon – Vice President Sales and Marketing, RDS

  Bill Hanson – Vice President and General Manager, CTV Winnipeg

  Richard Hiron – Regional Sales Manager, Alberta, Citytv Edmonton

  Mike Keller – Vice President, Industry Affairs, Newcap

  Lori Legault – Vice President, National Sales, Canwest Broadcast Sales

  Dave Scapillati – General Manager, Media Sales and Marketing, CBC Television

  Don Shafer – Vice President and Regional Manager, BC Interior Group, Astral Media Radio G.P.
