Avid Toronto Editors event announcement

Hosted at Deluxe, the Avid Toronto Editors will welcome industry experts in Animation Editing to discuss their passion and expertise in the postproduction process from conception to the big/small screen. Moderated by JR Powell, Avid will be hosting: Stephanie Duncan (Bob and Margaret, Beetlejuice TV series, Backyardigans, Babar and the Adventures of Badou), Doug Appledoorn (The Backyardigans, Quads, Playing House) and Sam Patterson (Robosapien). 

Following their presentation, the ATE is proud to be hosting a draw for an assortment of prizes including Boris Continuum Complete 8 AVX, Digital Juice’s assorted products (Animated Canvases Collection 1, Texture ToolKit 1, an Editors ToolKit Pro Single), critically acclaimed Nightingale Voice Box – Vocal production elements, 2 Cinplex Gift Cards courtesy of APM Music and Avid and Art of The Guillotine SWAG.

Before our main event, Kevin P McAuliffe of Boris FX and Caron Nightingale of Nightingale Music will be giving presentations on their respective products.

Other sponsors Include: Avid, Deluxe, Dynamix, The Art of The Guillotine, TO411 Daily, Sheridan College, and the Directors Guild of Canada. Food and refreshments will be provided during the networking portion of the event.
